If you would like to know more, or would like to book an exploratory session at the practice, please contact me. (I am sorry, I do not offer home visits). Please be assured that anything you share will be received with the utmost respect and confidentiality.

Some people opt for shorter term arrangements of about 6 sessions, whereas others are more comfortable with an ongoing arrangement where the end is left open to negotiate. Regular reviews of our work ensures that we are keeping your goals in sight.

Location and fees

The practice is based in Grindleford, Derbyshire, in the beautiful and tranquil Hope Valley. It is situated just 14 miles from Chesterfield, 8 miles from Sheffield and 6 miles from Bakewell.

There is easy roadside parking outside the practice. There are two bus services to and from Sheffield and a railway station which is just one mile from the practice.

Session fees & information

Each session costs £45 and lasts 50 minutes. Concessionary rates are available after discussion and negotiation.

You can pay by cash or cheque.
A receipt is available.
